Abstract
In this paper, we present an innovative model based on the Hyperledger Fabric blockchain for automating electoral eligibility checking. That permit to remove the need for citizens to provide documents for candidacy or census formalities during elections. This model leverages Restful APIs to aggregate real-time data from the involved transactional databases, integrating them directly into the blockchain. Smart contracts are implemented to ensure transparency and security in the process, providing citizens with confidence. As a result, this model automatically generates a reliable, inclusive and legitimate list of eligible candidates and voters. By ensuring the accuracy and transparency of these lists, the model reduces the risks of exclusion, fraud and errors that could compromise the stability and development of nations. In conclusion, this model improves the reliability of the data essential to electronic voting systems.
